This stunning cocktail ring returns to our auction this year with a tale of generosity and love. Donated initially to our Bow Wow Gala by one of our dedicated supporters, this exquisite piece was won in our live auction in previous years by the lovely Trisha Aljoe.

She has cherished and worn this ring to select events, undoubtedly turning heads. Now, in an incredible act of kindness and support for The Sula Society, Trisha has had the ring appraised and put it back up for auction to help us again. Her generosity knows no bounds!

The Story Behind the Ring: Handcrafted by a skilled jeweler in Hong Kong, this classic ring features a 14K gold band with a unique leopard design. The ring contains an impressive 1.405 carats of diamonds and a striking combination of natural rubies and natural diamonds. The gems were carefully selected and transplanted from various family heirlooms, making this piece a mosaic of memories and craftsmanship.

Gold weight: 12.5 grams total
Diamond Weight: 1.405 carats
Natural Rubies:3 round-cut rubies, 0.15 carats each
5 marquise-cut rubies, 0.20 carats each
Natural Diamonds: 15 round-cut diamonds, 0.05 carats each
7 round-cut diamonds, 0.025 carats each
3 round-cut diamonds, 0.16 carats each

The ring has been appraised in Mexico at $2,809 USD (equivalent to $51K MXN).

Handmade Cocktail Ring - A Ring with a Story Valued at Approx $2,800 +USD

(Live) - Online & Event - This item is featured in both the online auction and live auction at the Bow Wow Gala.

Here’s how it works:

• Online bidding closes on November 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST.

• The highest online bid becomes the starting bid for the live auction held at the Gala on November 22, 2025. Buy Your ticket for the Gala here.

• If you can’t attend the Gala in person, you can appoint a volunteer to act as your proxy bidder, who will bid on your behalf up to your chosen limit. We will be in touch between Nov 20-Nov 22 to make the arrangements with the highest online bidder when the auction closes.

• If your proxy wins, you’ll receive an invoice after the event, and shipping or pickup can be arranged (additional fees may apply if you’re outside Puerto Vallarta).
