⢠At that time, the highest online bid becomes the starting bid for the Bow Wow Gala on November 22, 2025.
⢠Once the online auction closes, weâll contact you to confirm whether youâd like to appoint a volunteer to act as your proxy bidder at the Gala.
⢠Your proxy will bid on your behalf â up to your chosen limit â so you can stay in the game even if you canât attend in person!
If your proxy wins the item:
⢠Youâll receive an invoice for the total amount due after the Gala.
⢠Once payment is received, weâll help arrange shipping, delivery, or local pick-up, depending on your location.
