Two Donkeys on the Beach (Original Painting) by Guillermo Gil Gonzalez
Born in Guadalajara, raised in Ajijic, Jalisco, in a family of artists, having the influence and support of his older brother and accomplished artist Efren Gonzalez. Showing always skills and taste for Arts he decided to become a professional painter after attending school at the Art University of Guadalajara. He specializes in portrait oil painting but loving and admiring all the different styles and techniques.
Portrait paintings for him are a window to a unique moment of existence in the artist's mind, he defines his work not only as realism, but also moving, true surrealism adding magical features in some of his pieces. He lives and paints in the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta with his wife Tonya Gonzalez who inspires him every day.
