The Bow Wow Gala is an annual fundraising event for The Sula Society, a dedicated dog rescue organization in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, committed to providing shelter, care, and love to over 300 rescued dogs. All proceeds go directly to The Sula Society.

Local Pick-Up (Puerto Vallarta):
• If you’re in Puerto Vallarta, you can pick up your item from a central location between November 26 – December 3.

If the item you bid on is listed in a Live & Online or Silent & Online category, here’s how proxy bidding works:
• The online auction closes November 20 at 12:00 PM CST.
• At that time, the highest online bid becomes the starting bid for the Bow Wow Gala on November 22, 2025.
• Once the online auction closes, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to appoint a volunteer to act as your proxy bidder at the Gala.
• Your proxy will bid on your behalf — up to your chosen limit — so you can stay in the game even if you can’t attend in person!
If your proxy wins the item:
• You’ll receive an invoice for the total amount due after the Gala.
• Once payment is received, we’ll help arrange shipping, delivery, or local pick-up, depending on your location.
• Please note that proxy winners located outside of Puerto Vallarta may need to cover an additional shipping fee for physical items.
