The orange chicken was fantastic—still crispy under the beautifully sweet and slightly spicy sauce, like a refined, elevated version of what you’d find at Panda Express in the U.S. The black pepper beef was tender, flavorful, and packed with bold, peppery goodness. • At that time, the highest online bid becomes the starting bid for the Bow Wow Gala on November 22, 2025.

• Once the online auction closes, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to appoint a volunteer to act as your proxy bidder at the Gala.

• Your proxy will bid on your behalf — up to your chosen limit — so you can stay in the game even if you can’t attend in person!

If your proxy wins the item:

• You’ll receive an invoice for the total amount due after the Gala.

• Once payment is received, we’ll help arrange shipping, delivery, or local pick-up, depending on your location.

• Please note that proxy winners located outside of Puerto Vallarta may need to cover an additional shipping fee for physical items.
